USA Hockey Number Registration

1. Go to https://membership.usahockey.com/

2. Click “Register Now.”

3. Click through screens that follow, entering requested information.

• Coaches should register as "Player/Coach”
• Board Members / Team Managers / Locker Room Monitors should register as "Manager/Volunteer"

4. Once completed, you will receive an email with your USA hockey number.

• Numbers for the 2024-25 season should have a “5” as the 4th digit.
• Player/Coach numbers will have a series of 9 digits followed by the first 5 letters of your last name.
• Example: ###5#####LAPRE
• Manager/Volunteer numbers will have a series of 9 digits followed by XX and the first 3 letters of your last name.
• Example: ###5#####XXLAP

Please be sure to add your child's USA Hockey number to their profile in Crossbar. This needs to be done prior to the season so that rosters can be submitted. To add the number login to your account on the FYHP website and click on your child's profile. Then scroll down to the "Associations" section and click on the "+Add" button.
