Framingham Youth Hockey Program Coaching Evaluation
The success of our program and the development of your player are directly tied to the quality of our coaching. To ensure we continue improving, your feedback is essential.
The FYHP Board kindly requests that parents complete an evaluation for each of their coaches. Please be honest and constructive in your responses—your input helps us enhance the coaching experience for next season.
Your name will not be shared with the coaches. It is only requested in case follow-up is needed for specific concerns.
If your player has multiple coaches, please submit a separate survey for each coach or focus on evaluating the head coach.
We greatly appreciate receiving these evaluations before tryouts begin.
