“Light It Up Pink for Layla”

Dear FYHP,

The Layla Lynn Bober Memorial Foundation is proud to support the Framingham Youth Hockey Program through Learn to Play scholarships, practice jerseys, helmet stickers, equipment, and more.

This Foundation was created to honor Layla's life, which was tragically cut short, by giving back to the organizations she loved. FYHP is one of those organizations, as Layla was once a part of the Learn to Play Hockey program, inspired by her older brother and friends.

Today, January 27, marks six years since Layla’s passing. To keep her memory alive and celebrate her love of hockey, we invite you to join us in “Light It Up Pink for Layla” this week and into next weekend’s games. Here are a few fun ways to go pink at the rink:

Tape your sticks pink.
Wear pink socks to your games.
Enjoy some pink Starburst after the game—Layla’s favorite!

Don’t forget to tag your photos on Facebook and Instagram using #weseeyoulaylagirl so we can share in the love and joy of honoring Layla’s legacy.

Thank you for helping us keep her spirit alive and for being such an important part of this community. Have a great weekend at the rinks!

With gratitude,
The Layla Lynn Bober Memorial Foundation
